Iris Biometric technology is the wave of the future in helping to supplement fingerprinting as a means of identification. The advantages are that it takes only 3 seconds for results, is accurate and the iris is unique to every person in the world. Disadvantages are that these are images and people can try to trick the camera by pictures, fake contacts to try to mimic someone else's eye.
